Data will be terminated if the customer does not pay the next month's fee within the specified period. Customers will need to request a SIM replacement, with a replacement fee of 2,500 yen including shipping.
If the specified communication volume is exceeded, the communication speed will be reduced to a maximum of 200kbps. Smartphones and tablets may consume data unintentionally in the background. Additionally, updates such as version updates may consume significant data, so please be cautious.

Calculation of the amount to be paid
The initial fee is paid upon purchasing the SIM card.
Example 1) If you purchase from March 25th to April 25th, the fee for April will be waived, and the fee for May must be paid by the end of April to continue using the SIM card.
Example 2) If you purchase from April 26th to April 30th, the SIM card will be sent at the beginning of May, the fee for May will be waived, and the fee for June must be paid by the end of May to continue using the SIM card.

Payment methods and timing
Payment via Combini (Smartpit), or direct bank transfer to the support staff via Fanpage or Website.
If payment is delayed, the SIM card will be cut off, and customers will need to request a SIM replacement through postal mail, with a fee of 2,500 yen per replacement (including shipping).

How to cancel
Please inform the support staff to cancel the SIM card.
Timing of billing suspension
Cancellation will be processed at the end of the month in which you applied for cancellation, and charges will stop from the following month. Regardless of the date of your cancellation request, you can use the service until the end of the month in which you submit your cancellation request.
Incurred fees:
There are no additional fees after you notify the cancellation of the SIM card.

The SIM replacement fee for the monthly fee is 2,500 yen.
